Supporting health and well-being for as many people as possible, no matter where they are - this has long been one of our major goals at POST BEZAU.

With our digital retreats, we are getting closer to this goal one step after the other. Our next online retreat will take place from 20 to 29 January 2025. With our first Digital Detox Retreat, we are combining sport with a healthy diet to support the body's natural detoxification processes as much as possible – no matter where you are.

You can expect a 10-day programme with daily exercise sessions with Nini Unützer from NU-YU, a training plan, guided meditations, and much more. You will also receive a specially developed food package from POST BEZAU, which will accompany you throughout the retreat and provide optimum support for detoxification.

Before the start of the retreat, you will become part of a WhatsApp support group in which you will receive daily support and guidance and also have the opportunity to exchange ideas with the other participants. After the retreat, you will also have access to the entire programme via an exclusive member area.
