The bread is gluten-free, vegan, and does not use yeast or any additives such as preservatives or flavour enhancers. Uncompromisingly healthy and packed full of valuable ingredients, it’s rich in proteins and health Omega-3 fatty acids. The use of specific flours (buckwheat and linseed) achieves a solidity and consistency uncommon to conventional gluten-free breads
